Off-line automation

We develop robotic measurement cells outside the production line, installed in the quality lab or next to the line, to automate the dimensional inspection of parts, first articles and batches without affecting production speed.

These are flexible systems designed to handle multiple part references, easily reprogrammed when the part or design changes. The operator simply loads the part and starts the program: the robot carries out non-contact measurement autonomously, compares the results against the CAD model and generates the report automatically.

Off-line automation increases the capacity of the quality department, frees metrology technicians for higher-value tasks, eliminates operator-to-operator variability and even enables unattended shifts. It is the ideal solution for companies with a wide variety of parts, short runs or measurement needs that do not justify in-line integration.
