Large-scale facilities

We provide large-volume dimensional metrology in industrial and scientific facilities where parts, structures or assemblies reach tens of metres and cannot be moved to a laboratory. We work on site, under the real conditions of the facility, carrying out measurement, alignment and positioning control with accuracies ranging from microns to tenths of a millimetre, depending on the size and requirements of the project.

We use long-range portable measurement technologies such as laser trackers, laser radar and photogrammetry, combined into measurement networks with common references that ensure traceability and data consistency across the entire facility. This allows us to control the assembly of large components, verify their position against the design and guide the adjustment of each element in real time.

We serve sectors such as energy (nuclear, hydroelectric and wind), aerospace, naval and large scientific facilities, where we have taken part in internationally renowned projects. We support our customers through every stage of the project: metrology planning, assembly, final verification and as-built documentation.
