Product measurement and verification

We carry out dimensional measurement and verification of parts and assemblies, both single units and batches, from first samples and prototypes to production runs. Using contact and non-contact technologies (3D scanning, probing and optical measurement), we capture the full geometry of the part and compare it against the CAD model and drawing, checking dimensions, geometric tolerances (GD&T), surfaces and profiles.

The service is used to validate first articles (FAI), approve suppliers, resolve quality issues, analyse the root cause of deviations and monitor process stability over time.

We deliver complete dimensional reports and colour deviation maps that support decision-making and communication between customer, supplier and production
