Machinery, tooling and facility measurement

We carry out on-site dimensional verification of machinery, tooling, moulds, assembly jigs and production facilities, with no need to dismantle or move them.

Using portable measurement technologies, we check geometry, alignment, parallelism, flatness, squareness and relative positions, and compare the results against the CAD model or the manufacturer's specifications. This service helps detect wear and deviations before they affect part quality, plan preventive maintenance, validate the commissioning of new lines and verify tooling after manufacture or repair.

We deliver detailed reports of the deviations found and, when needed, support adjustment and correction in real time.
