Reality capture for architecture, engineering and construction (BIM)

We provide reality capture services for the architecture, engineering and construction sectors, digitising buildings, industrial plants, infrastructure and interior spaces to obtain an accurate digital representation of their real condition.

Using long-range 3D laser scanners and photogrammetry, we produce high-density point clouds that we turn into BIM models, 2D drawings, sections and 3D models to suit each project (Scan to BIM). This provides accurate, complete and up-to-date information, without relying on old or incomplete documentation.

The service is used for as-built surveys, renovation and refurbishment projects, industrial plant extensions, clash detection before installing new equipment, construction progress monitoring and documentation of existing facilities. It reduces errors, rework and site visits, and improves coordination between everyone involved in the project.
