Metrology automation

We develop metrology automation solutions that integrate measurement, inspection and dimensional control into production environments. We design in-line and off-line systems tailored to each industrial process, aiming for maximum accuracy, efficiency and integration.

For in-line automation, we provide turnkey solutions integrated into the production line, able to automatically verify 100% of production. We carry out a custom study for each project to select the right technology and ensure effective communication with the line's motion, supervision and control systems.

For off-line automation, we create highly automated inspection stations on the shop floor. We simplify metrology processes so they can be run by non-specialist operators, validate the technology with a real test on the customer's product and design scalable installations that can grow with future needs.

Both types of automation run on AGILE 3D, our in-house automation software. The platform centralises the programming of measurement equipment, sensors, robots, linear guides, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and PLCs in a single environment, reducing time and cost at every stage of the project. It offers simple, intuitive interfaces for production staff, communicates over the network with ERP, MES and SCADA systems, shares data for statistical process control (SPC, Cpk) and is scalable to new expansions and hardware and software updates.

The result is more repeatable and accurate measurement, shorter cycle times, better return on investment, operation without the need for experts and a complete history of geometric data, with 3D reports, KPIs and SPC to support decision-making.
