EMEPRO develops customized engineering solutions for the automation and optimization of industrial processes, integrating mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control technologies.

Our expertise covers special-purpose equipment design and development, detailed engineering, PLC and HMI automation, robotic system integration, process control and commissioning.

As an example of our capabilities, we developed an automated extraction enclosure system for the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), designed for robotic applications and chemical processes.

The project includes two-level enclosures with automatically operated guillotine doors, extraction systems with modulating airflow control and coordinated operation with robot positioning.

EMEPRO carried out the complete mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control engineering, as well as the functional design and system integration.
