DIPOSIT MIX ¿ AUTOMATIC DIE RELEASE AGENT MIXING AND SUPPLY SYSTEM

Developed and manufactured by EMEPRO, Diposit Mix is designed for the automatic preparation of water and release agent mixtures used in aluminium high-pressure die casting (HPDC) processes.

The system allows accurate setting and control of the release agent concentration, ensuring consistent mixture preparation and supply to automatic die spraying equipment.

Main features:

Automatic mixture preparation according to the selected concentration.

Control of incoming mains water flow.

Separate stainless steel tanks for concentrated release agent and prepared mixture.

Adjustable supply pressure through a centrifugal pump controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD).

HMI touchscreen for parameter configuration and monitoring.

Integration with automatic die spraying systems.

A solution designed to improve die spraying process stability, optimize release agent consumption and facilitate operating parameter control.
