Description
Curvados Comendador is a metal bending company located in Madrid, Spain. We specialize in cold bending of every type of metallic profile: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and titanium. We bend these materials into different shapes including tubes, pipes, beams, plates, solid metals, angles, etc.
All our fabrication work is manufactured at an industrial facility measuring 26907.5 square feet (2500 m2) stocked with 4 crane bridges of 10 ton each. We have a wide variety of bending machines including with mandrel and three roller machines. In addition to this, we offer as well plate rolling machines, press braking machines as well as machinery for punching, shearing, lathing and milling cutters.
Our company provides many years of expertise and technical resources. We strive to meet and support the fabrication needs of our customers. We cater to a diverse number of industries: construction, petro chemical, automotive, aeronautical, naval, railway, energy, decoration and interior design, urban furniture, medical and fitness industries, etc.

Square pipe 100x100x5 bended to an inner radius of 350 mm. It is a very small radius in relation to the dimension of the tube. The curve has not present any deformation inside the pipe.

IPE 270 mm on the roof of a tank
A few years ago, we bended more than five hundred of IPE-270 mm for the construction of the roof of 4 tanks that the CLH company built in the town of Loeches, Madrid.
This piece in round pipe of 30 mm has 8 bends without it having been necessary to weld any part. That is, the 8 curves were bended in a row despite the twists and turns it presents and, in addition, for the volume of the piece.
