automatic feeding of raw material to injection machines, previously dried in driers and Deshumidifiers.We have a park of machines(electrical & hydraulic) from 15Tons up to 250 Tons of clamping force. To inject parts from about 1 up to 330 grams, in engineering plastics such as PC-ABS, POM, PA6, PA66, PA46,PPA, PPS and thermoplastic elastomers for technical parts of high mechanical properties with elevated temperatures.

We collaborate with our customers to optimize the initial design from our process of plastic injection molding, chosing the adequate raw material based on final requirements.

Small and big series  with an expertise of more than 30 years in the market. Other complementary activities like pad printing, ultrasonic welding and little assemblies.

We ellaborate the adeqaute dimmensional and PPAP report, thanks to equipment like automatic profile projector(Zeiss) and 3D measure machine (Hexagon), besides to use tools like APQP, PFMEA, CP...
