Leak Detection
Ultrasonic leak detection has a wide application area for detecting leaks: pressure, vacuum, compressed air, for every type of gas. ATEX approved instruments are also available for this application in EX zones.
Steam Traps & Valves Inspection
When steam traps are defective, can be found in productivity quality, safety and energy loss. The Ultrasonic technique can be used to determine the condition of each type of steam trap.
Bearing Condition Monitoring & Lubrication
Ultrasonic can be used at all bearing speeds (high, medium and low). For lubrication, use UE Systems ultrasonic instruments to prevent and prevent a shortage. Set a basic value for each lager, moderate test routine and mark decibel slots.
Electrical Inspection
Partial discharge, sparking and corona emotion all ionization which produces a high frequency sound. An Ultraprobe detects these high frequency sounds. You can hear the specific sound quality of each type of emission in the headphones.

• Technology Implementation training on-site (2 or 2½ day training)
• CAT I & CAT II training, in accordance with ISO 18436-8, the standard for inspection and diagnosis of machines (duration of 32 hours along 4 ½ days).
