PLASNOR - Plastic Solutions for Industry
From sheet to finished part: integrated extrusion and thermoforming
At Plasnor, we develop and manufacture custom plastic solutions for industrial applications. We combine two complementary divisions - thermoplastic sheet and film extrusion and vacuum thermoforming - with engineering, in-house mould manufacturing, CNC machiningand assembly.
This integrated approach allows us to support our customers from material selection and co-design through to delivery of finished parts and ready-to-.install subassemblies.
EXTRUSION - Thermoplastics sheets, films and rolls
We manufacture extruded plastic sheets, films and rolls, in mono-layer and multi-layer structures, tailored to each application in terms of dimensions, thickness, colour, surface finish and technical performance.
We process ABS, HIPS/PS, ABS/PMMA, ABS/PC and technical blends, among other materials including recycled materials and solutions with specific performance requirements.
We offer gloss, matt, embossed, decorative and metallic finishes, as well as customised developments and technical support in material selection.
THERMOFORMING - Large format technical plastic parts
We design and manufacture custom plastic parts using vacuum forming technology, specialising in large-format technical and aesthetic components, with forming capabilities of up to 3.000 x 2.000 x 900 mm.
We integrate co-design, mould manufactoring, sheet extrusion, vacuum forming, CNC machining and assembly, form prototypes and pre-series to serial production and ready to install subassemblies.
We manufacture covers, housings, guards, panels, cladding, interior and exterior components, transport trays and technical packaging, among other custom-made plastic parts.
We serve industries including automotive, Bus & Coach, railway, caravanning and motorhomes, electric vehicles, renewable energy, capital equipment, machinery, logistics and general industry.
