Sputter anti-corrosive protection coatings for metal parts

ZINC LAMELLAR

(Zn-Al) In bulks and racks.

Other processes; shot blasting

Coating based on extremely thin zinc-aluminium flakes with high anti-corrosive performance. We have dip-spin technology (centrifuged immersion) and spray technology (a static, rack process).

ZINC NICKEL

(Zn-Ni) In bulks, combined with top-coat sealant finishes and lubricants.

Other processes; continuous dehydrogenate, dephosphorylation, and stripping.

Metal coating with efficient and versatile sputter deposition. The 12-15% nickel alloy lends the part corrosion resistance with minimum thickness. Electric conductivity, mountability, and resistance to corrosion and temperature are just a few of its most noteworthy characteristics.. A continuous coating drum line is used for this purpose.
