Description
Our company is dedicated to the manufacture of plastic parts by injection. We manage projects in an integral way to different sectors like automotive, construction and marine, from the conception of the mold or tooling to the delivery of the finished product at the costumer facilities, carrying out with the entire design of the process.
VALIANT also perform auxiliary operations as assembly different plastic parts or with metal grafts (screws, steel spaces, staples…), fabric die-cut and subsequent welding with the plastic pieces, as well as customized painting processes on the piece in collaboration with the provider of this type of service.
VALIANT have a machinery of 12 Engel brand injectors, including vertical injection, from 50 up to 650 tons. We are an ISO9001:2018 and IATF 16949:2016 certified company. We develop automotive projects such as TIER 2 for brans like AUDI, SEAT, VOLKSWAGEN, BENTLEY…
We work with all kinds of materials, including engineering plastics. TPU, PP, PE, PC, ABS, POM, flexible PVC..
