-ECRIMESA: more than 50 years of history support the experience of Ecrimesa to supply parts with high technical characteristics in steels and special alloys, competing advantageously in quality and price with other conventional manufacturing processes. This is possible thanks to the characteristics of our design and finishing within a narrow field of tolerances and saving of machining.

 

-MIMECRISA: company belonging to the Ecrimesa Group, is one of the leading companies in the development and application of MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology. It started its activity in the year 1.991 and since that date it has solved more than 100 references per year of activity, counts on clients in 22 countries of the developed world, allocating more than 60% of its production to the automotive industry. Its productive capacity exceeds 200 Tn / year, with a R & D & I department with a group of highly qualified technical managers, as well as the technological means necessary for its work.

 

-MECANSA: machining company incorporated to the Group in the year 2005, with extensive experience in the machining of parts, after more than twenty years as a strategic supplier of Ecrimesa. To this strength, it complements its services with the machining of pieces for other technologies like sand casting, stamping, etc.

 

Ecrimesa Group offers a comprehensive service to its clients by complementing the manufacture of steel parts, with heat and surface treatments, machining and assembly of sub-assemblies if the client requires it. We also have the capacity to make prototypes and small series thanks to the facilities we have to carry out Additive Manufacturing.

Among our range of possibilities, we can manufacture highly complex parts and close tolerances, in batches from tens/year (for big parts) to hundreds of thousands/year (for small parts), with a weight from tenths of a gram ( for small pieces) up to 25-30Kg (for large pieces).

We actually work for different sectors such as: Defense, Automotive, Aeronautics, Medical Equipment, Locksmithing, Machine tools, Textile machinery, Food machinery, Electrical material, Machine Tools and Valves among others.

We are certified in the standards: EN 9100:2016, ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001:2015, CQI-9 (for steel heat treatments), AMS 2750D class 2 (for aluminum heat treatments); AD-WO/TRD100 and TÜV RHEINLAND.
