TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES 

Specialists in high-precision CNC machining, with the capability to manufacture large-scale components, complex geometries and parts requiring demanding technical specifications.

Our in-house manufacturing capabilities include:

CNC Machining: multi-axis milling, turning and boring, with 4- and 5-axis machining capabilities.

Large-scale Machining: vertical turning up to Ø2,700 × 1,800 mm, horizontal turning up to Ø1,050 × 4,000 mm, boring up to 3,000 × 2,500 × 2,200 mm, and 5-axis milling/turning up to Ø640 × 1,300 mm.

Welding: MAG and TIG welding processes. Company certified to EN 15085-2 CL1.

Complementary Processes: subassembly assembly, leak testing, surface treatments and technical painting.

Quality Control: 3D metrology using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), non-destructive testing (NDT) and full traceability.

We have in-house engineering expertise in industrialization, process development and tooling design, providing comprehensive manufacturing solutions and the flexibility to accommodate one-off components, small batches and customized projects.

Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, EN 9100:2018 and EN 15085-2 CL1.
