This is a robotic cell designed for weld dressing parts such as oven fronts and doors, soap dispensers, industrial cabinet doors, car door frames, ticket dispensers, parking meters/payment centers, bicycle parking lots, subway access controls, among others.

In this particular case, it is composed of the following elements:

  • 2 belt grinding units.
  • Indexed magazine for the loading of parts, with interchangeable trays for the different parts.
  • Installation protection enclosure.

Cell operation:

The working robot goes for the parts in the loading garage, detects the correct subjection of the parts and makes the different operations by approaching them to the fixed working units. Once finished, it leaves the parts over an unloading belt.
