ROLLER CONVEYOR OR TROLLEY MACHINES

These shot blasting machines transport parts by means of rollers or chain-driven conveyors. They are mainly used for blasting parts of great length and volumen.

Transported by means of rollers or conveyors through the blasting booth, they are specially recommended for shot blasting complex parts, normally for boilermaking. Once the parts have been welded and finished, they are put on conveyors or directly onto sections passing through the blasting machine at variable speed, being blasted from different positions by various turbines. Manages to replace manual shot blasting with the compressed air in large booths in a highly profitable manner.
Shot blasting machines for sections, tubes/pipes and sheet metal, with painting equipment. They are shot-blasting machines specially designed for the blasting comercial rolled products. Parts placed on rollers are transported at variable speed through a tunnel, where they are blasted on all sides. Once blasted, the shot from the parts is completely removed. Continuous painting or finishing equipment can be supplied after blasting.
