AIAS

AIAS has been a national association for more than 40 years, bringing together companies involved in the treatment and coating of metals and plastics, whether pre-treatment or preparation, chemical, electrolytic, paint or plastic treatment.

AIAS also has associated companies that are distributors or manufacturers in the sector that supply raw materials, installations, processes or machinery, as well as environmental services.

AIAS currently has 132 members.

The services we offer to our members involved:

• INSTITUTIONAL: institutional representation of the group in the different administrations.
  INFORMATIVE: informative circulars on topics of interest to the sector (environment, legislation, etc.).
  AIAS ACADEMY: in-house courses on electroplating and coatings, and more general training through the Centre Metal-lúrgic. All our courses can be subsidised.
  TRADE FAIRS: group participation in sector fairs such as Subcontratación, BIEMH, METALBARCELONA.
  TECHNICAL CONFERENCES and WEBINARS: organisation of technical conferences and informative webinars aimed at members and companies in the sector. To this end, it has the collaboration of manufacturing partners and/or distributors.
  MAGAZINE: edition of the magazine Ingeniería de Superficies, a quarterly publication with a distribution of 2,000 copies in printed and digital format, where articles and press releases of a technical and/or current nature are published.
  PROMOTION: from the AIAS-associates website, we offer an open consultation service by speciality, where you can search for companies that make coatings and treatments, or suppliers, consultants, etc.
  EU: participation in European Union projects. AIAS is a member of CETS (European Committee for Surface Treatments).
  OTHER SERVICES: AIAS members can access the services offered by the Centre Metal-lúrgic, as a metallurgical employer's association that belongs to Confemetal, in all types of consultancy (financial, quality, marketing, etc).
