- Fabrication of turnkey mechanical equipment (metal fabrication, welding, machining and assembly), including final testing, packing and shipping, if required by the customer.
- Medium- and large-scale machining (lathe, milling and boring work up to 20 tonnes)

Manufacturing workshop at Aranzazu
• MTE CNC milling machine, up to 5 m on X-axis, Y = 1.5 m and Z = 2.7 m for up to 20 tonnes, rotary table, 4 interpolating axes + 2 axes in the head
• CME CNC milling machine, up to 4 m on X-axis, Y = 1.5 m and Z = 2.6 m
• Horizontal CNC lathe, Ø2,000 x 8,000 mm up to 18 tonnes
• Horizontal lathes, capacity 870 mm swing over bed and 3 metres between centres
• Radial drills
• Metrology
• Manual plasma cutting machine for up to 40 mm
 • Cranes:
> Metal fabrication area: 12.5 tones
> Machining and lathe area: 20 tonnes
> Assembly: 20 tonnes
• Metal fabrication and welding Welders with approvals in manual, semi-automatic and
TIG processes for Carbon Steel and Austenitic, Duplex and Super Duplex
Stainless Steels and Aluminium.
